  • Payment information: Credit card details and billing addresses processed securely through Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
  • Agent configurations: AI agent settings, instructions, knowledge base content, and automation settings you create
  • Support communications: Messages and information you provide when contacting our support team

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken within the Service, and timestamps
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution
  • Log data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and error logs
  • Cookies and similar technologies: Session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to understand Service usage

2.3 Conversation Data

When end users interact with AI agents deployed through the Service, we collect conversation messages, metadata (timestamps, session identifiers), and any information voluntarily provided by end users (such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers collected via lead capture forms).

As a ChatMob customer, you are the data controller for conversation data collected through your AI agents. You are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices to your end users and obtaining any required consents.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process transactions and manage your subscription
  • Send you important Service updates and security notices
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience and Service reliability
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues
  • Train and improve our AI models using aggregated, de-identified data (your proprietary content is never shared with other customers)

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: With trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • AI runtime: Conversation data is processed through MaxQ Runtime to generate agent responses. Runtime manages model routing, execution, and provider controls under the MaxQ platform boundary.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Conversation data is retained according to your plan's retention settings. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.
